The Department of Philosophy at Texas A&M University welcomes you to the 36th Annual Conference of the Society for the Advancement of American Philosophy in College Station, Texas.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by 12:00 p.m. on February 28, 2009, to receive a refund. A $15 processing fee will apply to cancellations eligible for a refund. The cancellation date and time will be based on the date the cancellation was received by Texas A&M University. Any registrant that has pre-paid for the conference, did not attend the conference, and did not cancel according to the cancellation policy, will not receive a refund.
LODGING
The 2009 SAAP Conference will be held at the Hilton College Station and Conference Center, College Station, TX.
Rooms are available at the Hilton at a special conference rate of $109 (single rate) and $129 (double rate). Reservations may be made at (979) 693-7500 or at www.hiltoncs.com using reservation code: SAP
The cutoff date for the conference rate is February 18, 2009.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m. Complimentary on-site parking is available for overnight guests. Complimentary shuttle service to and from Easterwood Airport is available from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
