Areas of Interest

My philosophical interests revolve primarily around aesthetics, hermeneutics, moral philosophy, & philosophy of religion.  I often find myself studying the writings of Augustine, Aquinas, Dewey, E. D. Hirsch, Jr., J. Edwards, Pascal, & T. Reid.  I also have a keen interest in the philosophy of film and culture, the European Holocaust & literature, & Historical & Systematic Theology.  Most of my research and writing has been in the areas of aesthetics, hermeneutics, literature, moral philosophy, & theological prolegomena.
