Trashy white pizza dough

I have no idea where this particular recipe originated. I just seem to have always had it around on a 3x5" card.

Yield: two 12" pizza pie doughs

Here's what you need at the ready when you start:

And here's what to do:
  1. put the pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 390 degrees
  2. put one cup of warm water in the mixing bowl, along with the yeast and sugar
  3. wait XXX minutes

  4. add the oil
  5. add the flour and salt
  6. kneed briefly
  7. rest the dough 5 or 10 minutes

  8. cut the dough in half
  9. roll out one half to the size of the pizza stone
  10. poke the dough with a fork at various places
  11. Optional: gently press in some grated mozarella cheese
  12. bake about XXX minutes

  13. add toppings
  14. bake until the cheese on the toppings is browning (broil if need be)
